Band Together

Connect Groups

It is so important to check in with each other during this time of social distancing and isolation due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Thank you to everyone who participated in our FREE April connect groups!

To help support the mental and emotional health of our community, we have partned with certified counsellors and a trained mindfulness coach to give our community the chance to get connected and receive support during this challenging time.

You are not alone if you are experiencing heightened feelings of isolation, anxiety, depression, hopelessness or fear. The more we can truly ‘band together’ at this point in time, the stronger we will come out the other side.

We offered these groups free for the month of April and are now in the process of pursuing funding to continue to be able to offer these meaningful opportunities to you!

We are currently in the process of applying for funding to be able to continue to offer our community the chance to connect with certified counselors and experts both now and into the future. We are confident in the value that meaningful connection provides to our mental health and will continue to pursue means to provide this type of opportunity to our community!
