Hey there, depression can feel debilitating and sounds like it’s been super difficult to be motivated especially during this time with Covid. I think right now it’s normal for lots to feel miserable. Sometimes when we can’t sleep it can be better to wake up and have a tea, write out our thoughts and distract with this rather than thinking about not sleeping. There’s probably so many things you’re thinking about along with others too. Are you taking any medications, sleep aids etc that might help? Exercising can also help with endorphins to make you feel a little better and even help tire the body so you can sleep.
Can you be honest with BF about your feelings too? Naming these feelings and getting support is important.

I am just reading many of the forum posts and couldnt help but comment on here. I think your story could really help others and it inspires me to see how much work you’ve put into your self. Its nice to see that you have good supports in your life and imagine it has made all the difference.
