Wear Your Story
He who once became aware of the power of solidarity and who breathed the air of freedom will not be crushed.

BAND TOGETHER BRACELETS
We are not so different. Each of us has a reason to fight for a strong mind and fulfilling life. The Band Together Bracelet was created as a tangible way to represent an internal battle. Each bracelet colour has unique meaning and all feature three white beads at the centre to signify that you are an overcomer and there is a community standing with you.
We believe wearing our story in the form of a ‘band’ (bracelet) can further the healing process by helping break down stigma while encouraging the feeling of belonging and solidarity. Our goal is to give you a better understanding of what it means to ‘wear your story’ from our perspective as the Band Together Community. Watch the video below or click the button to check out more detail on how wearing your story can overcome the isolation of mental illness.
“My bracelet is a physical sign of an often invisible reality. I look forward to the day when I am out for a run and pass someone who is also wearing a Band Together bracelet. Maybe we will stop and chat, maybe not, but I trust our spirits will be lifted as we realize we are not alone.”

NEVER ALONE
Band Together bracelets give you the opportunity to wear your story as a sign of solidarity and to remind you that you’re never alone in your struggles. The bracelets were created with significant intention, right from the design including three white beads to the colours of the beads themselves. You can read more about what makes Band Together bracelets to unique and even how each bracelet gives back by checking out our Bracelets page and Colours page.
My bracelet is a constant reminder that I am not alone. Everytime I feel isolation is closing in I recognize this bracelet on my wrist, and keep moving forward.
When I look at my bracelet it reminds me that I am not alone in my journey.
I wear my bracelet to show support for generations of my family that have suffered with mental illness and to show hope to the future generations.
To me, my bracelet means I am seen, I can be heard and I’m healing without shame.
